The garden view was delightful, making mornings pleasant. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to my comfort. The room had a nice layout, offering available space for family activities.
The rooms need maintenance, particularly the bathroom door which struggled to close properly.

The courtyard area has a lovely charm, but
overall, my experience at Hotel Sautto was a mixed bag. The warm and friendly staff made me feel welcomed, yet the amenities and WiFi left much to be desired. The Italian restaurant on-site was a delightful surprise, serving delicious meals.

i wanted to love this place, but alas, i was met with absoluteley no mosquito nets in my room and ended up with many bug bites. the bathroom door didn’t even close properly, making privacy a distant dream. i woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade after all the nuisances, but guess that was too much to ask for.

The location is a strong point, conveniently close to the town center and making exploration easy. The on-site Italian restaurant was a highlight, particularly the fresh pizzas and the cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the bathroom door had issues closing, and the parking access was frustrating, depending on staff availability for opening the gate. WiFi was unreliable in my room, requiring trips to the communal areas for connection.
